Monica Beard-Director of Operations, Business Development
Monica assisted in the takeoff and opening of Essential Earth in 2014 while completing her Masters degree in Social Work and Non-Profit Management. She went on to work in crisis behavioral health and social services. Recently, however, she made a career pivot to marry her social work, business and operations passions together back in the salon.  Sharing a similar dream with Ananda, Monica believes the salon is a place for connection, community and self-care. Monica supports the daily operations and growth of the business.  And as a passion project, Monica is bringing her years of leadership and experience in the field of mental health to develop a salon outreach program. 

Ananda Pablo- Owner/Master Stylist

Ananda has been in the industry for over 20 years. In 2013 she was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder caused by harmful chemicals.  This diagnosis was the final push needed to follow her dream of helping others, while also fulfilling her creative needs.  January 1, 2014 she opened Essential Earth Organic Salon. Ananda believes the salon is just the front for the true mission; changing women's lives.  Ananda  is a  certified master colorist and master stylist. She has also received multiple advanced certifications for color correction, extension application, thermal straightening, makeup and skin care. When she isn't in the salon you can find her coaching at the CrossFit gym, or spending time with her husband Roy and their two grandbabies.

Zanette Giesler-Esthetician
Zanette loves all things beauty, fashion and travel. After spending years in a less than fulfilling job, she decided to follow her heart and shift to a career in the skin care industry. Zanette specializes in advanced antiaging procedures and acne relief, as well as waxing and body treatments. You can always find Zanette offering to help with anything and everything, while wearing her huge smile. She is a firm believer in equal rights, loves animals, and the color pink:)

​Amy Adams-Permanent Makeup Artist
Amy worked full time as a veterinarian technician before joining the team at Essential Earth. She now splits her time between the Vet's office and the salon. She specializes in powder brows and loves spending one on one time with her human clients. Amy has 2 adult daughters and really enjoys traveling and concerts. Most evenings you can find her home with her husband and their 3 dogs.

Chelsie Pablo-Customer Service Specialist and Esthetics Student.
Chelsie began her employment at Essential Earth Organic Salon as a part time receptionist. After years of hard work and personal growth, she decided that she would like to have more time in salon and a more personal experience with clients. She is currently enrolled in an esthetics program at Evergreen Beauty College, Chelsie is a mother of two wonderful girls, a lover of dogs and houseplants. She enjoys spending her free time with family and loves some good retail therapy.

Kathi Johnny- Advanced Permanent Makeup Artist
Kathi started at the salon splitting her time as both a hairstylist and permanent makeup artist. She quickly found that her love for the latter out weighed her love for hair and she decided to focus solely on permanent cosmetics. Kathi is certified in microblading, permanent eyeliner, lip liner and lip blushing. She is known both for giving her client the perfect natural microbladed brows and gorgeous dramatic ombre brows. Kathi has a huge Tulalip family and is very involved with her two children and boyfriend.
